She didn’t know what had inspired her to go down to the creek. In fact, it was probably one of the last places she would want to be. Yet, as she found herself down there resting by a tree, it didn’t seem all that bad. Some crickets were off to the side chirping, and there were birds up above singing a song. Pandora really didn’t mind that she was getting her designer shirt and pants all dirty. She also didn’t mind that she was getting leaves and such in her long hair. In fact, she was glad she was getting dirty because then it would give her an opportunity to stay awake longer. She’d have to stay awake looking in the mirror and taking all the gunk out of her hair before she went to sleep, and that would mean all her half-siblings would be asleep. If they were asleep, then she could make it to where she could finally fall asleep. She wouldn’t half to listen to their gossiping and telling each other that they looked so cute in that outfit, and that they would have to let them, the person speaking, borrow it sometime.

She was deep in thought as she meandered through the forest, heading for the creek in a roundabout sort of way. She enjoyed her solitary walk through the forest as it gave her time to think away from her brothers and sisters. Though she was a child of Athena, she didn't want to spend all of her time doing productive and intellectual things. As she arrived by the creek, she noticed that she was not the only one who enjoyed resting by the creek. She carefully sat down next to the girl.
"Hello!" she said cheerfully, hoping she didn't give the girl a scare.

Pandora turned her head and stared at the girl with vacant eyes. She couldn’t remember what she was thinking before, so she crossed her arms. “Hello.” She said semi-cheerfully. She turned her head around and stared at the creek again, wondering what had made this girl come over and sit by her. She wondered if she should give her name. It would be the polite thing to do, after all. Then again, when had she been polite before. She shrugged her shoulders mentally and then took in a breath. “My name is Pandora. I prefer to go by Dory or Dora, however. You make choose which name you wish to address me by.”

"I'm Amethyst. Some people call me Ame. You're an Aphrodite camper, right?" she introduced herself. She'd seen the girl around camp before, though they'd never spoken to each other before. She wondered what had compelled her to come and sit by Pandora, but she shurgged it off.
OOC: Ugh, suckish post. But my muse is officially dead.

Pandora crossed her arms and pulled her legs toward her. She stared out toward the creek, but didn’t say anything for a moment. She tried to recall whether or not she had seen this girl somewhere before. Something inside of her said that she had, but Dory really couldn’t put her finger on it. “Yes.” She said finally, still not staring at the girl. “I am a child of Aphrodite. I’m sorry that I’m not aware what cabin you are from. I’m going to guess Athena, Apollo, or Ares, but you don’t look mean enough to be from the Ares cabin, so one of the first two?”
